Accessibility
Our commitment to accessible digital services for UK customers.
Last updated: May 2026
WebsiteServers.co.uk is committed to making birmingham.websiteservers.co.uk, our client portal, and public status pages accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technology.
Conformance target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA for our marketing website and customer-facing portals. We review key templates and flows regularly and fix issues reported by customers.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, footer) and a skip link to main content
- Keyboard-accessible navigation with visible focus states
- Text alternatives for informative images where we control the asset
- Colour contrast aligned to our design tokens, with an optional high-contrast mode
- Bottom-left Accessibility controls for text size, link underlining, and reduced motion
Built-in accessibility tools
On marketing and login pages, use the Accessibility button at the bottom-left of the screen to adjust text size, enable high contrast, underline links, or reduce motion. Settings are saved in your browser until you reset them.
Scope
This statement covers our marketing site, login/register flows, and client/admin portals on this domain. Third-party checkout (Stripe) and registrar tools have their own accessibility statements.
Known limitations
- Some third-party charts in the client analytics dashboard may not expose full detail to screen readers
- Older PDF invoices may not be fully tagged for assistive technology
- Homepage uptime figures are illustrative, not live telemetry
Feedback & enforcement
If you encounter a barrier, email support@websiteservers.co.uk with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within five UK business days and will propose a reasonable timeline for fixes.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
